Green Coraline algae

My fishtank is covered in most spots with all green coraline algae, theother algae collors dont seem to take off the ground alot. Any suggestions ? Note all parameters are within range, and it dosnot semm to change collor, can it be a light isue ?

Coralline comes in green, yellow, pink and various shades of purple. As it ages in most reef tanks it seems to change to a pinkish-purple. It is somewhat dependant on the light and in naturally illuminated tanks it may have a variety of colors. Not to worry Ready Kilowatt. :D

take some scrapings of the other corraline from a friends tank or buy a small piece of live rock on it-----once the scraping hit the rock they will grow
You can get increased corraline growth with higher alk levels around 12 dkH

mine is mostly pink/opurple...but i have a few spots here and there of the green kind...i like it....a nice shade of green too.
