Green Ricordia

So i have had a frag of green ricordia for about 4 months and it hasnt grown an inch, its about the size of a quarter. What is the trick to getting these guys to grow??

Does it look like this?I have had mine for a 7 weeks and it has not grown too much mayb 30 percent.
It really does puff up a lot during the day. Mine loves mysis shrimp you can see him eating one in this photo.
Mine seems to like low flow and moderate to low light!

Ya, low light??? i didnt knonw that, mine is towards the top of my tank, that could be a problem.
