I would think that Friday would be the latest that you would want to order, The Sooner the Better if you are getting something fresh cut so it can heal for a few day's before they ship it.

I don't mean anything but what I said they have Customers with high Incomes In that Area, Nothing More Nothing Less. I am Not Familiar with the Place you mention so It's hard to compare, Which I was not trying to Do!
Just a Random thought about their clientell nothing more.
