The shipment is here!!! Everything looks great. All of the starfish were shipped in the same bag so I'm not sure if they were only able to send one kind. We had ordered 6 serpent and 1 brittle. The bag says 7 and then some scribbles.... But everything looks good. They sent us bags and rubber bands. and a few extra critters here and there. We ordered 1075 and they sent us 1100. We ordered 375 astrea and they sent us 395.

Probably would be good to give eveyone a couple extra where possible. Everyone needs to remember, there will probably be some loss, aclimation is extremely important with snails, very easy to lose quite a few if not done properly. I use the drip method and have had some very good sucess doing so.

I just wanted to quote what Keys Critters said in the email they sent me... "Please do not drip acclimate dry packed inverts."

I usually just teperature accilimate those but don't get me wrong, i usually do drip acclimate snails. The only reason i am mentioning this is because the astrea snails, cerith snails & blue leg crabs were shipped w/o water. They are all doing fine though without water. Everything else is in water.
