Growth on Fungia

I have something growing on my orange fungia that looks almost like a tumor. :eek2: The coral has shown steady growth and is eating normally, but I would like to know if this is anything I need to treat.

Does the growth have a mouth formed or forming? Interesting, I've haven't seen anything like that before.

It has a little indentation which I guess could be the start of a mouth, but I just don't know if it's self-propogating or if it's some sort of infection.
