Hamilton dual 250W MH Ballast & 14K bulbs

I just upgraded. I have a dual 250W MH ballast and 2 14 bulbs by Hamilton Technology for $100. The ballast is exactly one year old and is in excellent condition and the bulbs are still extremely bright. I'm in Foster City.

does it come with socket reflector or anything else or is it a bare ballast and bulbs?

This is just the balllast and the bulbs. I upgraded to 400W so I'm still using the sockets and the reflectors.
