Hang on overflow?

I'm currently using a hang on the back skimmer for my tank. I was thinking I might go with a hang on the back overflow instead. I'm not interested in drilling my tank. I'd probably buy a very nice cone skimmer and put in a sump if I did this.

As far as overflows go, I'm looking for something very quiet, reliable (don't want to worry about floods), and easy to set up. In other words I don't want a DIY job, I'd rather pay and be done with it quickly. Do you have any suggestions?

Any U Tube design that does not require a pump. Make sure you have enough flow in order for no bubbles to be trapped.
