Hanna phos ULR reads zero?

I started a new batch of reagents today and got a zero reading on my ULR meter. I have never gotten zero before, even with GFO running full blast.
I stopped GFO a few weeks ago and last week on the old reagent box I got a 9 reading.

Is the reagent bad?
I am highly suspicious.

I would try a second test..

If it came out the same, I would test some to lfs. Have them test to confirm our deny with a good kit. Then, call hanna and let them know..

Hmm, I agree that the reagents might be having some trouble, but I'm not sure which set would be correct. I agree that an LFS might be able to help.

I have had the same problem on one batch of regents. Switched to a new batch, emailed hanna and they sent me a replacement box.

Just to follow up, I emailed Hanna and they sent me a free box of reagents. Great company.
