harliquin shrimp question

harliquin shrimp are supposedly sexually dimorphic. Can anyone tell me visible difference?

I just bought one to deal with the itty bitty starfish that are eating my zoas. How long will it take before one can clean up a 200 gallon?

Do you think it can live off of the stars alone or do i need to add a big starfish like a chocolate chip/?

sex:
male clear swimmerets under abdomen, smaller in size
female spoted swimmerets under abdomen, larger in size

200g?:
how many stars, roughly(a lot... a little...?)

feeding:
the stars in the tank will not be enough for a full lifetime. starfish will need to be provided. in my opinion chocolate chips, but not a whole one. one harlequin alone will not be able to consume the whole star before it will begin to rot. I feed a leg or two about ever 2 weeks, keeping the rest of the star in a area (another tank/the sump/holding bin) away from the harlequin. keeping two stars and rotating between them is nicer on the star, if u can call cutting their legs off nice at all.

also that article above if u havn't read it yet do so, its very good.

if u have any other question let me know.
