Has anyone ever heard of someone being bit by a Moray Eel?

You know Steve! Some should Just leave the wild life alone under water. We should just look when were under water, Think of the ocean as big tank we a get into. If you sit still long enough in one spot you can see so much.

You quickly memorize the moray hangouts here. i kinda stay on my toes when i get in the general area of eels. i don't think we've had any recorded eel incidents around here, but everyone is an accomplished diver....we probably have the highest concentration of dive masters in the world on this little island. you're a rookie if you only have 500 dives LOL.

surprisingly only two shark bites in 50+ years...both are solid 'darwin' nomination situations, not the sharks fault, rather human error.

I totally agree that we should only take pictures and leave bubbles. I was not in any way promoting touching eels or for that matter feeding sharks.

We were diving in the red sea 4 years ago deep south. I will never forget. there was this enormous eel name Geroge. He comes out to swim with the divers what a trip. No lie he was 8 feet Long. And just hung around. To see a eel swim in open water was really strange. Like I said just look. He never came close enough to pet. Lol....Crazy eel

I seen way to many shark dive feedings. It's crazy sometime. It just has my heart racing. My bubbles are really moving on some of the shark dives.
My husband just loves the sharks. The first time we went the red sea.
I sat next to a very nice lady who like to chat alot. My husband was having
A nap on the flight. She ask me are you here see see all the big fish.
I looked over at my husband and and said what is she talking about?
Long story short. I had a close encounter with a oceanic white tip. WOW!!
