First off, I own 6 MP40w and 2 MP20 and these are by far the best pumps I have ever used. I was a faithful desciple of "the other guys" for many years and didnt think that would ever change but your product and innovations made it an easy decision.
I've been lucky and have not had any prolems with any of my pumps for a long time. I recently had a problem with 1 of them (wet side issue) and was resolved immediately. Your customer service is second to none and surpasses even my high expectations!
