Have You Had A Midas to Nip?

I had a Midas that was a terror and he nipped pretty much indiscriminately. One time I saw him latched on to one of my clowns pelvic fins pretty much balled up and yanking on it like one of those deep sea eel scavengers on a whale corpse. He attacked a tang, wrasses, chromis, firefish, cardinal fish and the clowns. Obviously I got rid of him and am in the process of rebuilding my tank (Never again will I have a pistol shrimp). I really want to add another, but I want to make sure that this is not that common of a behavior.

Seriously no one but me has ever kept a midas? I really want another one and have heard of some problems with others about nipping others love theirs, but am trying to see about what the odds are of getting another nipper.

Never seen mine do anything like that in the 4 years I've had him. In the past however, I have had a linear Blenny, and a tail spot Blenny nip at some SPS.
