Having Problems with my Undata

My Montipora Undata, has been developing white patches and losing tissue, down the middle. I cant put my finger on it. My first initial thought my water is to clean, Running BP reactor and GFO reactor and a Fuge full of Macro Algae, in a 100 gallon sump.

I have been doing a 40 Gallon water change every 10 days, for the past 6 months,
I feed 2-3 times a day, I have took my reactors off line yesterday.

My Parameters as of yesterday..
Salinity=35
PH=8.15
PO4=0
Nitrite=0
Nitrate=0
Temp=80.3
Calc=420
Dkh=9
Mag=1350

Any input is greatly appreciated, I have checked for Nudis.. but have not seen any.

Looks like the work of angels buddy. Monti's are the only SPS mine have ever touched. Try a a dollar store basket over it for a day or two. If the PE comes back you get to choose coral or fish.

Maybe, I will keep a closer eye on my angels, but have not seen any of them nipping at it.

Another thing my skimmer is not producing any skimmate.

Not sure if this helps but in the past 6 months or so i lost most of my montis. Could not figure out the problem as my pareters where pretty stable and from past experience i got test kits to double check Cal Alk and Mag. Still pretty much all stable. Finally last month i had to repurchase my nitrate test kit and red sea now has a low nitrates test kit ......... Viola

My nitrates were over 8ppm or higher. Finally brought them down to 1ppm and now my montis are regrowing. Hth

My nitrite and nitrate is at 0. Maybe my lights? I did add 2 more a360we's, a total of 5 along with my ATI Powermodules.. PM's are on from 4 to 9 and the Kessel are on for 12 hours 11 to 11, on sunrise and sunset, @ 50 intensity and 75 on color at the highest. It did bleach my Garf Bonsai after I put the other 2 on, may lower it it a bit and see what happens.

When did you calibrate you refractometer? Salinity low?

Quite possible thats its getting too much light.

Does it look like some sort of growth on top of the monti, versus just dead tissue? I had this problem where it appeared that my monti was foaming. I had to break of the affected tissue, and fortunately the rest slowly recovered. I have no explanation.

I would think that would be more around the edge? But i have never had them either.

What about your top off water. Where do you get/make it? I had issues with my tank until I changed my filters.

My tds was still reading 0, but still changed my sediment and Di Resin, carbon block was changed out a month ago. Also put a glass sheet and covered it with fine paper to block out some light above the undata. Going to try everything I can before I take him out and cut him up.
