HD aqua putty question

Anyone know if the home depot marine epoxy is the same as the marineland epoxy? Is it safe to cure it in the tank water like the marineland stuff?

If yes.. anyone know what isle it is in, and what it is called?

i've used the aqua mend from HD that is in the paint section next to the glues. it's green and white, not sure about marine epoxy tho.
