Spoolsv.exe is the print service for the system like der_wille_zur_macht said. The service needs to be running in order for you to print. The file is probably infected and the virus scan software can't clean it because it's locked and running. Try rebooting your computer, and when you see the loading windows prompt... (black & white screen) press F8 to get into safe mode and run your virus scan again. If that doesn't work you can always stop or kill the spoolsv.exe service and run your scan without have to go into safemode. PM me if you need help.

Other than that, I can't help you much. 90% of my computing is done on Macs, so I'm not too good at troubleshooting things like this on Windows computers.

Isn’t it true that about 90% of all virus' that are written for windows are written by jealous mac owners?
