Hello guys and gals,

Just saying hello from Texas! Hope that all my corals and fish are thriving on their new homes :)
Everything is going well for me and the family, the move was long but everything is slowly getting back to normal. Still get the chills from the Reef withdrawal - talk about going cold turkey, it sure is hard. I already visited a couple of stores here in the area; One store had a great selection of tanks and the store look very clean but on the coral side they have much to learn from the great places in the Chicago land area.
I took a quick look at the threads and I see that we have many new members “WELCOME” to you’ll. I hope this board allows you to grow and teach you everything that’s needed to keep a successful reef or fish only tank. I found every person here very helpful so don’t hesitate to ask for help or ask questions, and don’t forget to sign up on the http://cmas.net/ page.

Anyway, just thought I keep in touch. Keep on reefing!

glad everything worked out with the move. i think were all wondering the same thing, when are you buying at least a nano :p

Good to see your still posting. I am sure your going to miss our winters up here.:D You need to edit you description above your avatar to all reef items sold or moved away or something. So how long is it going to be till you get your hands wet again? Any future setup plans?

Don't be a stranger.

I wish I could get back to the hobby, but right now is not a good time. I have to plan my feet on my new job and besides we moved into a small apartment from a 3bd home so there is no room for water spills :) It was 78 out here yesterday and we are supposed to get a cold front this weekend with the low 50’s; Won’t be missing shoveling all that snow that’s for sure. People say I got an accent but I think they still refer to the Mexican one, lol.
One good thing about starting up again in the future is that I see more and more large cubes been made by manufacturers and hopefully will keep costs down. I have a dream of a 5’X5’; I just need the place and money.

Show me your tanks and make me drool all over my keyboard.

so ricky your still located in park ridge? :p but no way, your tank was bad and you know it :p you don't need to see ours

We moved to Coppell, TX just north of the city of Dallas. We plan to rent until we figure out where we want to leave + was convenient for us to commute everyday to work. Wife works in Irving (10 min) and I'm Highland Village (20 min), so far we pick the right spot and conveniently located to most major locations.

Ricky, I was just asking puffy the other day if anyone had heard from you and here you pop up! Glad to hear all is going well. How are the boys? They starting pre-school yet?

Just remember, when house shopping, location, location, location (location of tank, location of fish room, and location of frag tank) :D

Komustas mi hermano? glad works out well for u bud.I'm pretty sure u wont miss all that snow we always get here, if it is just me I'll be long gone too.:)
Take care bro.
