FISH club is participating in our school's welcome back carnival.
We haven't decided on an exact game/prizes yet. Any suggestions?

I'm leaning towards the game where you have to land a ping pong ball in one of many fish bowls but I only have like three of those bowls.

Use the red plastic drinking cups that people use for beer pong. It's cheap and works well. Charge X amount for each ping pong ball, then when someone lands one, they get a "goldfish", just buy feeders, cheap and "cool" for non fish people.
Keep a 10g tank with air going, and when someone lands a ball in the cup, bag them a "goldfish".

I would do fish as prizes. Little kids hate dead fish after 2 days at home.

Drink cups work. Put the little bowls for super prizes and the rest as normal prizes

Candy
Little toys
Baked goods
Things like that

I was thinking the exact same thing. I wanna bring people to the club, but I think that a goldfish may just deter them away. And I can just picture all the snooty parents trying to distract their kid into a detour around the stand. Grand prize I was thinking a betta with a nice bowl.

I used fish crackers for my school carnival
