help catching a maroon clown fish

Okay so I decided to take him out of my tank. For a few reason. He moves everything around and has cause some stuff to rtn, covers up my enchinos, fungia and clam with sand and likes to reorganize the sand bed. So how can I get him out of my tank? I dont want to take down the tank just for this fish. Does anyone know of a trick to get him out? Any help would be appreciated.

wait til lights out then use a flash light and net.. clowns are pretty easy to get out....

Like Gabe said. That's how I caught my maroon also. She was doing the same thing to my tank.

use a small water bottle as a trap, cut the top off and turn it around. Use nylon straps to hold it together...

I caught my mcklosky wrasse overnight .. first time

I pulled up the trap and he was in there.

russ how big is that trap? I might be able to use it. I am going to try one more thing and see if I can catch it if not I will hit you up for the trap.
