Help finding LED fixture?

So I'm switching gears for plans on lighting the future 120g Acro dominant reef from the ATI t5 fixture to LEDs. I'd love to get my hands on the same LEDs Henry has but can't find specifics. Tried looking on alibaba website and was overwhelmed with the results and have no idea what is what.

Also, last Saturday we ordered the 120watt Bridgelux Value LED Fixture w/ 90 degree optics for Kevin's 40g from reefbreeders. At the time the site said ships in 1-2 weeks but now that I go on there to look at options for the 120g all fixtures are showing as out of stock. Sent them an email about that but in the meantime figured I'd do some asking.

Anyone know specifically what chinese fixtures (technically some sold here are also chinese) I should look in to that would be similar to Henry's setup? I believe his has a 3 to 1 ratio on blue vs. white which I prefer, and I believe 90 degree optics are optimal still.

I've been reading online all afternoon and keep ending up on bunny trails... lol

This seems to be where Reef Breeders has their's built: http://www.ledgrowlights.cn/

I just added one of their value fixtures over a 40b and am happy with it. Shipping has been backlogged at Reef Breeders as they sold out during Chinese New Year and are in the process of filling back orders and getting back in front of demand. If I was starting the new tank today I'd definitely consider their controllable fixtures with custom colors rather than build DIY.

All in all, happy with the fixture, not so happy with the delivery times but knew delays were possible.

Mel, I'm going to see Kien tomorrow and will have him check with his distributor on Monday. I may also be able to check with someone else.

That'd be awesome Henry, thank you! :) Feel free to pass along my # if needed. I thought I still had his but can't find it.

Stusdesktop, Thanks for the info on RB. I feel better now that I found out the reasoning from you and I ended up finding it on FB too after the fact. At first I was nervous that maybe they were going out of business or something. Seems like he should be back up to speed soon. You have any pictures of yours over your tank yet?

Look up "Evergrow D120" on ebay. There is one seller in the US that has 5 left in stock. It's the same as the reefbreeder's value fixture

I just update to the evergrow d120 from 8 buld t5s. Trying different sstting and time, after 3 weeks I still dont have something right. Still reading many threads. 1 sps is showing growth and color, everything else is doing so so. They are 12 in above tank at 75% for 8 hours a day, 1hr at dawn & dusk just the blues.
Any suggestion s.

Grabbed some blue shots, will grab the others when they come up later today. You'll have to excuse the clutter, right now the 40 is being a holding tank while the 90 cycles.

Fixture is running at a little over minimum, hangs 12 inches over the water level. I did make some changes to the basic fixture. Didn't like the connection between the hanging wires and the fixture itself so I swapped out the RB clips for something a little stronger. The 90 degree power leads were pushing the fixture out of square over the tank so I swapped those out for straight leads. Actual fixture size is 8 1/2" x 16" x 2 3/4".

Couple of close up shots to give an idea of what the corals look like under the blues:

Definitely helpful, thanks :)

I think this will work well over the 40g and seems to have the "pop" that Kevin's going for with his tank. Good to know about the RB clips and power cords too, we may do similar.

Now I just need to make up my mind about my 120g. Got plenty of time though...
