Help getting my "W" back

I just bought 3 new MP40QD. I installed them, and one wouldn't step thru the modes, and the knob didnt feel right moving it. I called Ecotech and they sent out a new driver, and I swapped it out. Now when I turn them on th original 2 have a lit W, and sync together the third doesn't. I have tried a hard reset, but that didnt work, any ideas?

Hi,
Get your old driver and remove a small board that is attached by the top. Make a note of how is mounted before you disconnect it from the old board. Then just plug it in the same place on the new board in the noted orientation. That should hopefully do it.

That's exactly correct, if you do not have the RF Module in place, the "W" will not be lighted on the new controller.

I wish I had read this before I went to UPS store. I dropped it off on my way home from work. I wish something with this tank would go smooth. I thought I just swapped out the board and never noticed the difference. When mine comes in any chance i could get it back?
