Good deal, that should help a lot. And next to ( or under ) each picture will be four links. The last/4th one is the IMG link. Just click on it and paste it here (( it will be flash copied when you click on it ))

And I am glad to help.

in your opinion should i leave him in there till tomorrow and risk losing fish, or take him out and risk killing it if it was going to be ok?? (the anemone)

That is a tough one -- will wait until I see a picture before making a call on that one.

It doesn't look good in those pictures, but I have seen them come back from worse. The fact that it doesn't smell isn't a good sign. I would wait until tomorrow. And honestly I would take them all back, and like the tank fully cycle before adding any fish, and then wait before doing another anemone.

well he didnt make it :( this morning he was in the intake shoot thing i dont know what its called exactly, ( i didnt know he could get stuck there) and he was dead. he was alllllll shriveled up and looked horrible so we took him out and laid him to rest. :( we will try to keep our other fish alive and do a lot of water tests and whatever is needed to make the water back to normal...

What a sad story. Of course they don't have guarantees when they make sales like that. Tell them you are going to post this story along with their name in this forum.

yeah well i called and im not sure he knew that it was a brand new tank... and he is trying to help us out with our tank so he is doing what he should be :) even if we dont get money back it was as much our bad as his cuz we were told to just stick with a damsal as well but decided to get more... im willing to take my responsibility for that...

Sorry you lost the nem, but you can chalk this up to to learning experience and grow from it. Take 'er slow, and do lots of reading. As Toddrex already said, your tank needs to cycle. I believe there are sticky's on the beginners forum all about tank cycling and when to add things. Damsels are generally a very hardy fish, that's why they're recommended for new tanks - they can withstand ammonia levels other fish can't. However, once the tank is running, most people don't like damsels anymore because though small, they're pretty nasty. After your tank has cycled, add things slowly. Each time you add something you'll go through another small cycle. Eventually when your tank is ready you can try adding another nem. Good luck, and ask lots of questions!

One more thing....nems can get sucked into even the tiniest of holes/cracks in overflows or powerheads. You can protect the powerheads by using plastic mesh to make a gaurd (found at craft stores for weaving ribbon through for bookmarks etc). Using zip ties make an appropriate shape to cover the inlet with a little space between the plastic mesh and the inlet. Fix it in place with superglue or more zip ties. Making your take safe for nems is almost like making a home "puppy-proof" with a new puppy. Make it safe and everyone will be happier.

Agreed with bues....I've leanred a lot in a year and a half and read probably 10 books about coral, water params, saltwater keeping, and so forth. I probably would read more if I was not working two jobs and finishing my masters! Also, don't listen to the LFS too much....they will want to make "money" for some reason and could care less if it lives based on what they sold you. I still have not delved into getting a nem because I'm a bit scared. My next upgrade will be followed by a nem in it.....Hopefully a 200 gallon at least cause my 55 is filling fast with coral. You'll be amazed at how fast you'll fill your tank and outgrow it and see the beautiful fish that need larger tanks! Good luck and always RESEARCH before buying. If your LFS is descent, they won't mind holding a fish if you go home and research the fish/coral that your wanting!
