help how to best remove Anemones?

BTW, in your very first picture, what is the coral to the bottom left of the blue tang? Or is that a BTA?

Unless the anemone cooperates (which they never do), remove the rock and suspend the rock over a bucket of water so the anemone dangles in the water. Secure the rock and go nurse a beer.

When you are done, the anemone will be in the water and you can put the rock back in the tank.

Although it may not look pleasant for the anemone, it is far safer than trying to peel the foot of a rock.

+1 If you can remove the rock this is the safest way to get the anemone to release.

@ joesreeftank those are RBTAs and they look very healthy. I agree you can try blasting them with flow ... I really like the flower pot idea. You could put in some of that 'fake plastic' rock next to them and cover the top of the tank above them so they start moving to find light. Have the 'fake' rock where they would travel to and then just move them to the other tank.

I used the suspension method a couple times with good success. I got a little impatient and used my finger to slowly peel back at the edge of the foot and found that to work. But I was having to release several at one time and at a beer per bta I'd of fell in the bucket by the end of it lol. Patience once again rears it's ugly head.
