I have a 2 inch green anemonie that cane in on a pice of live rock. I have always assumed it to be a tulip anemonie, but... based on pictures I have seen of tulips, I am not sure it is one.
Anyway, the other day I notices a second coral or anemonie on the same rock. I am not sure if this second one is a coral or anemonie because the base seems to be of calcium.. a small tube with what looks to be an anemonie coming out.
Anyway, can anyone help me ID this and tell me:
a) is it an anemone ?
b) what variety ?
c) Do these guys grow out of a skelital tube ? (or is the new guy next to it something else ?)
