Help me ID My Anemone

I have a 2 inch green anemonie that cane in on a pice of live rock. I have always assumed it to be a tulip anemonie, but... based on pictures I have seen of tulips, I am not sure it is one.

Anyway, the other day I notices a second coral or anemonie on the same rock. I am not sure if this second one is a coral or anemonie because the base seems to be of calcium.. a small tube with what looks to be an anemonie coming out.

Anyway, can anyone help me ID this and tell me:

a) is it an anemone ?
b) what variety ?
c) Do these guys grow out of a skelital tube ? (or is the new guy next to it something else ?)

looks like it could be a baby fungia or something along those lines.. what does it look like retracted??

Just posting it out in the open to make things quicker.

BTW, I agree with SVXH6, it looks like some sort of Fungiid anthocaulus.

the underside does not seem to have much of a skelital structure. When it is not expanded, it is about half its maximum size. I will check to see if it has a full skeliton below the tissue, but I think it just has a strcuture at its very center. Does this make sense ?

Normally, plate corals have a skelital strcuture that is just as wide as the tissue itself. Am I wrong ?

can anyone confirm what SVXH6 and Amphiprion are suggesting ? When I touch the large anemonie/plate coral (picured), i can not see any significant skelital structure.. but it is hard to tell.
