help my anenome

need some help here my giant green carpet has swallowed one of my small zoo rock frags and i tried to get it out but he is to sticky so know i think its in his mouth will he be ok and tries to spit it out or will he poop it out please help me

he'll spit it/poop it (same thing kinda)-zoos may be alright if they come out sooner than later...
