Help! Sick mandarin

I have a mandarin dragonet that's been very healthy until yesterday (at least when I noticed). That's when I saw it all puffed up with puffy eye rings and not really moving. It was healthy enough to give chase, but I caught it without too much trouble and put it in a bowl with Rid Ich, Methyl Blue, and an antibiotic (aerated and heated).

The fish is still alive today. What more can I do? It's hard to observe it eating with its specialized diet, and I frankly have no clue how to spot feed it. Any tips or other suggestions?

you put it in a bowl? go to walmart and at least buy a 10 gallon starter set up. also i wouldn't advise putting in all those medications if your not sure exactly whats wrong. it could stress the fish out ever more. it doesn't sound like the fish has ich so i dont see a need for the rid ich.

I've read that mandarin's will sometimes eat mysis soaked in garlic. try a bit of that once you get a more fitting set up for such a delicate fish.
