Help with my Gigantea!

It has been about 3 weeks since my gig has been out of my hospital tank. I put him in my main display tank and he looked ok but didn't seem happy. So I put him in my 25 gallon with a small pair of clarkiis. Within 20 minutes of being in the 25g he spread out, mouth closed tight and looks great although still bleached. A week went by so I thought I would give it another go in my 60g. He is attached to a small rock and won't move from it so it's easy to move him. I acclimated him very slowly and placed him in and he looked ****ed! Next morning still looked ****ed! Mouth very slightly opened and deflated. That evening looked the same. Placed him back in the 25g and within 20 minutes back to his self.
Does anyone have any advice as to why it seems to hate my 60g?!?

On the 60g temp is a very stable 81-82. I run gfo, protein skimmer. Light is a Radion G3 pro. Water movement is a vortech mp10.

On the 25g I have a aqueon HOB filter. Lighting is a 250w metal halide. Very "dirty" water compared to the 60g
