HE'S IN A 12 GAL AQUA POD. I HAVE A SMALL ORANGE AND BLUE CHROMIS OF SOME KIND IN THERE WITH HIM. COULD THAT BE THE REASON HE'S TO SCARED TO EAT? HELP PATHETIC LOOKING:(

PRIME REEF FLAKES AND FROZEN. MY PARAMETERS ARE GOOD. AND I GOT HIM TWO MONTH AGO . HE IS SO SO SO SKINNY ALMOST CRACKED OUT .

First you should turn your caps off and try feeding him some brine to get him eating or try some frozen bloodworms my 2 yellow clown gobies love bloodworms get the Hikari ones they are small enough for clown gobies.

They are also sand-sifters. If you have nutrition in the sand, he will be getting that. If the tank is very new, that's a problem. Mine will try almost anything now, but when he was new he couldn't figure what to do with flake. He prefers pellets, the super-small Formula One sinking pellets. He'd like the worms, or brine shrimp, or maybe cyclopeeze, but that's a bit fine for him. He wants to get something he can chew on for a while: that's his normal mode of eating. The chromis shouldn't spook him if he could figure out how to eat the food. Mine is in with chromis and firefish, and holds his own right well.

Check parameters, and if everything else fails try feeding live brine or mysis. also how long have you had the ifsh?

Cheers
Dean
