High bioload, succesful SPS reefs, any one else?

I have notice "marked" improvements over the last month just with increased feedings.

I'll get pasted the lightening even if it kills me! :)

I was going to ask what are you feeding and how often?
I've got these fish in my 125,
2 Perculas
2 Mystery wrasses m/f
3 anthias
1 Leopard wrasse
1 Razor wrasse
1 Blackcap Basslet
1 Canart blenny
1 2 spot Hog
1 Virgate Rabbitfish
adding a Purple tang next week.
I've Been feeding fairly heavy with a food mix I made, lot's of stuff for the corals and the growth rate and colors have really stepped up

In my 180 :

4 Tangs
6 Clowns
1 Blenny
1 Clown Goby
2 Anthias
1 Manderin

I feed heavy 2 and sometimes 3 times a day with a mix of frozen and flake.
 
I have a 180 gallon tank with a 40 sump.
I have zero issues with SPS. They grow insane and the colors have not changed and look great.
Fish Stock include the following:

Achilles Tang
Naso Tang
Hippo Tang
Yellow Tang
Desj. Sailfin Tang
Copperband
Midas Blenny
2 Clowns
Royal Gramma
6 Chromis
2 Mandarins
Watcherman Goby

I think good husbandry is the key to a successful higher bioload reef. I have no hair algae and I feed daily.

Yes I am running the Nepturion bolbs. I was doing some testing for them running the 14K for about 3 months to see the results from the corls. Now I'm trying the 20K. I like them both but the 14 K really needs actinic.

Nice tank everyone!!! You guys mentioned heavy feeding and high bioload but what are your water parameters as far as Ammonia, nitrate, phosphate..would be nice to know. Thanks
 
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 1-2
Phosphate 0, with salifert so i have probably some.

Here is my skimmer cup, i usully fill it up once a day!

and several unknown fish

Total head count about 90. Don't flame me, it's not my tank, this tank belongs to my friend.
