She is healthy as can be. Very active eats like a pig. Eats Nori, and ON Formula one pellets. But she has some discoloration on her body (center) spreading to her face.

It looks like it could be HLLE, and I do run Carbon, which according to my research looks like the cause, so if I stop running carbon will she heal?

My Koran angel would always show signs of HLLE when I woudl run carbon. If you run a higher quality carbon like ROX it may not happen. I had to feed my Koran vitamin enriched flakes and the HLLE started going away. looks like your case is much more intense than what I was dealing with though

Looks like you have more problems than just the hippo, kole has some hlle too and the yellow tang has advanced stages of fin rot. These issues can arise from poor nutrition and water quality. What are feeding them?

Yes I am aware of the yellow tang with Fin rot, can that be fixed?

Ocean nutrition formula 1 pellets is what I'm feeding them most of the time. They occasionally get brine and mysis. And Green and red marine algae from Ocean nutrition.

These fish need nori daily IMO. While meaty foods are an important part of their diet also, tangs need seaweed based foods to thrive. Notice I said seaweed-based, so if you are unable to feed nori daily you can use a high quality seaweed pellet to supplement (Hikari seaweed extreme comes to mind). I like nori personally because it allows the fish to graze. If these were my fish, I'd also run the yellow tang through a course of antibiotics in a hospital tank for the fin rot. I've had good success with Furan-2 in the past.

What are the dimensions of this tank?
