Dear All,

a newbies questions:

I have newly added a torch and Hammer head in my tank, I understand aside from light and moderate flow, we need to feed them too Phankton, but I wondering how can I feed them, should i just drop a small blocks of frozen phankton into the water or should I using turkish drop dispenser and blow it infront of the corals?

sorry, I am totally new here.

Cheers,

I would suggest turning off the return pump and lowering/shutoff any in tank flow for about 10 minutes.

During that time use a turkey baster to squirt some food right on top of the corals. I feed my torch like this using mysis shrimp.

I am very fond of reef roids. great product. i use reef chili, marine snow, and now reef roids and i think reef roids gets the best response. I direct feed from a small squeeze bottle that bulk reef supply sells for reef chili dispensing, and it works awesome. the monti cap loves it, the zoa's and paly's love it, the lps and sps all seem to like it. worth the dollars it cost

thanks,

But how the corals like Torch and Hammer eat? is there any mouth or something for them to swallow foods?

cheers,
