How clownfish bars grow.

I got my first clowns, heres a video of em:

As you can see their bars by their tail havent grown in all the way. The other ones that the LFS store had were misbars, but the guy told me that it if the first and second bars are full, that the third will grow in. Is this true?

I believe they can have a misbar on the third bar, but real young clowns sometimes don't have a fully developed 3rd bar, especially Percula, as it takes them longer to develop than ocellaris.
