how come my anemone just strink without any reason ?

You probably need to post more information about your water parameters like temp, salinity, etc.

What size is your tank? How long has it been in your tank?

What other corals do you have? There might be a toxin war going on in your tank if they are fighting for space.

Also what type of lighting fo you have? What type of filtration system? Pictures would also help.

It wouldn't shrink for no reason, so it IS something you did/something wrong with your tank.
Do you feed it? If so, how often, how much, and what?

It's not necessarily something you did. How long have you had the anemone? It's not a good sign, but it's common for newly introduced anemones to shrink. Despite the best efforts of the hobbyist.

What size tank is it in and what lighting do you have? All host anemones shrink at night. If your lighting is weak it may tank a while for it to open up.

Anemones are weird, I had a long tentacle one what would close up around 5 o'clock each day for a few weeks, He was a very strong one he was about 9 inches wide and one day a bit of the white powder, rock chunk that accumulates on a bottle of alkalinity feel near him and he grabbed it with his tentacle, ate it then shrunk to the size of a pea. it was amazing, He lived after that and got a strong 13 inches across.
