How do you clean rocks??

Because i collected the rock from tidepools (read initial post) and since i dont know whats it in id rather kill off everything, leave it sparkling clean, and then seed it with LR from my current tanks that i know is full of good stuff.

thats awesome. you should setup a tank for the dirt rock and see what grows out.

hmmm, i probly should have set up a 5g or something and done that. All the rock is in acid now so oh well :wildone: Its something definitely worth trying though. i have a small snorkeling/diving trip planned soon so i will get more rocks then
