How long does it take..... To get to the center of a toosie pop? Oops wrong question

How long does it take for a newly added blue throat trigger to come out of complete hiding? I added to 180g last Friday and haven't seen him one bit among my massive LR

Was it being picked on by the other fish? There is no definitive answer here, but in my experience, a week is probably just a little long not to have seen it.

I had an indigo basslet that I only saw for maybe a total of 30 minutes a month! Maybe when I fed, but not always and never for more than a minute at most!

They can be very shy. it will take awhile for it to get comfortable. What other fish are in with it? Mines took about 2 1/2 weeks before it started eating.
