How long for a BTA to heal after a split

So after a year, my BTA finally split; how long do the two halves take to heal?

That depends on the conditions of the tank and whether they split because they were thriving or stressed.

An RBTA of mine decided to split a week ago. Mine just grow like weeds and split every 4-6 months. It took 4 days for one to come out and wander to a new spot, then open up and host a clown. The other one is still reclusive.

Most of the time it takes 10 to 14 days to heal.
