How many tanks do you have?

My husband claims that 99% of people only have 1 tank. :lolspin:
Knowing that I have at least 2 more tanks I would like to put together besides my current reeftank (mantis tank and a nano ric/shrimp/seahorse tank), I was wondering what you all have planned or have running.

How many tanks do you have???

I had 5 setup at one point in time when I was in SoCal. When I moved out here, I took a year "break". I then setup one, then two, and then 3. With 2 kids, 3 dogs, 6 cats, 3 rabbits, 1 bird, and 1 tortoise I figured I had enough responsibilities. It's next to impossible to leave town! Anyways, I'm just running one tank now....my 125.

Thanks as it's one of my favorites ever! Not a staged pic either. My daughter just climbed up on top of her and they both fell asleep on the couch one day. That pic is 2 years old now. I'm sure I'll get some good ones of my son with my Labs in the near future as he is only 7 weeks old now.

I have had up to 7 tanks running at once. 2x 125g, 135g, 55g, 20, 16g, 12g nano.lol
When I moved 6 months ago I told myself to take it down to one and my 12g nano that I now use as QT. So 6 months and it turned from having one tank to having my 125g in my living room, a 40g breeder that has just finished cycling thats my frag tank, a 20g thats in my bedroom and of course my 12g QT. So at least I eliminated 2 large tanks and a small one.lol But still have them in the garage. Hmmmm. Maybe my loft needs a tank.

And 99% of those "single" tanks are 10g as well.

NOW... if we are talking about "real" tanks and their owners, I'd say that 50% have more than one tank.

I have three... a display, a Frag tank and a Pico at work.

I had 4 reefs in my big house. After being unemployed for a year and downsizing everything I have 1 corner 70 gallon. It's all I have room for now. My work is moving offices in a couple weeks though and I'm going to put a 8-12g nano up at my new desk.

I have 1 55g FOWLR tank and 2 freshwater tanks. 1 is a 110g aggressive cichlid tank (wich will be my new reef tank soon) and a 55g community tank. I also plan to setup a 20g QT tank this weekend.

I have lost count many times, done major consolidation, then lost count again.... I would say on average, people from here have 2.5 tanks, but those are hobbyists that represent a small fraction of actual fish tank ownership. I would say that most people have 1 tank, or maybe 1 at home and 1 at work, but probably just 1

I currently have 2 going, but I have another one collecting dust that I'm thinking of making a species tank for an Undulate Trigger.

Well I had to start counting. 1 240 gal reef, 60 gal seahorse, 56 tanks set up for breeders & grow out of clown fish, seahorses, & dottybacks. 14 tanks & buckets of cultures. So it looks 72 up & running.
