How Much Flow Do I Need

my tank is 60" x 24" x 27' H. it is 125 gal. my sump is in the cabinet underneath creating about 4 feet of head pressure.

trying to decide between these two water blaster pumps:

1> 750 gph with zero head; max head is 7.5 ft.
2> 1300 gph with zero head, max head is 11 ft.

which size pump would be best for me?

the flow rates versus various head pressures are not available yet for these pumps.

What size drain/return? One or two overflows?

I would lean towards the second model. 750 - head loss is going to be too small IMO.

For reference, I'm crazy and run a PanWorld 100PX-X on my 90G with 40G sump.

two 1" drains. inlets are two 3/4" which eventually split to four 1/2 elbows.

did you mean to say that the head loss would be too large on the first unit?
