How much flow for a FOWLF

I have a 400l FOWLR (well, some LR - about 15kg), a Volitans Lionfish, Puffer, Leaf Fish, Frogfish and Moray eel. What kind of flow should I ideally have in there?

Currently I have a return pump rated at 3500l/h, but with the head and chiller taken into consideration I effectively get about 2000l/h.

There are no other pumps in the tank.

Whatever flow u like, Lionfish like a steady stream of 100gpm.

I think he meant Gallons per hour not gallons per minute.
I don't think 2000 l/h is enough that's about 530 gph.
I don't think any of the animals you listed need a high flow tank but 2000 l/h is on the low side.
A couple Maxi Jet 1200's powerheads would help, each will add 1100 l/h
