How Much Heat do Submersible Eheims Add?

I really want a more quiet tank and am thinking about changing over to a submersible Eheim pump in my sump. I'm currently running around 1,400 gal/hour through the tank and it's a bit too much. How would an Eheim 900 gal/hr. work out with about 7' of head?

I just ordered a TECO chiller so I guess I can live with a temp rise but I don't want to add any more heat than necessary.

Eheims are great, I have the 1262 and it's very quiet and cool.
Oceanrunner is another good option, and they are on sale right now, good deal.
