You could try to make some sort of trap, or look online, and see if anyone sells a trap that might work. Otherwise my guess is your going to have to tear the tank apart. How much rock is in the tank?
He comes out for food but he's really fast. Impossible to catch. I've got way too much rock to tear down the tank. I've heard of using a glass or jar with food in the bottom and tilting it at a 45 degree angle. That way the crab can't crawl out. Will this work with a lobster about 3.5 inches long?
I thought about that idea and decided it probably won't work since lobsters can swim. I'm gonna try using a wide mouthed 1 liter bottle. I'm going to cut the top off and invert it and try putting some bait in there. I'm pretty sure he'll have a fairly tought time getting out of there.
