Hello,

I'm in the middle on building a DIY LED system, that I would like to integrate with my profilux IIex plus, I want to have a dimmable function with this LED.

the driver meanwell 60-48D, running cree LED.

but now i'm confuse how to connect the driver to my profilux, I think I cant connect it directly to profilux. Do I need to purchase profilux ProfiLux LED Control 4 (passive) or Ballast Control Board (EVG-AP-2F) , what are the different between them?

I think profilux need to produce a detail instruction on how to connect LED to profilux, so that everyone could understand on how to do it by them self (just suggestion) :fun2:

Thanks for helping me.

Hi

on the support website there is lots of posts of DIYers showing how they have connected their lamps.

GHL supply with the connecting accessory detailed instructions on how this device works and connects but of course can not go as far as giving step by step for your own build as each build will be unique, however the instructions outline the basics for experienced electronic hobbyists to follow, the golden rule is if you dont have the knowledge or experience it is best not to attempt DIY

Onto your own personal build - If using D Meanwells you require the EVG-AP-2F interface PCB as the interface module, this plugs into an L port. The EVG card supports two channels for example white and blue, please follow the instructions in regards to how many meanwell drivers can be connected based on the current draw limitations of the ProfiLux on one Channel.
