You can try blowing a ph at it and getting it to detach, and taking it out.

Just because you don't want it there anymore you want to kill it. Have animal died under your care is one thing. Kill it because it is the most convenient way to get rid of an (cheap) animal that you bought and put into your tank is another that is quite different.
I think the least should do is to take a few rock out, remove the anemone and bring it back to the LFS. IMO, it is the ethical and responsible thing to do.
BTW, you got a beautiful tank.

Save your money on the 'Joe's Juice' and make your own ;) All you need to do is mix some pickling lime ('Mrs Wages' brand at most grocery stores) with some RO water. Make the consistancy similar to that of toothpaste or slightly more runny. You've now made your own 'kalk paste' that will kill off any pest anemone (aptaisia, malano, etc.) or colonial polyp when injected directly into the mouth of the critter.
But, I agree with DC and Orion in that you should try to remove it first and trade it back in or give it away before killing it.

Hey kind of hard to remove all my aquascaping, I've tried already w/o success. Joe;\'s juice or something like that it is

Hey orion I've tried man, I've moved as much of my structure as i can and that littlr bugger won't detach from the cave, I'm concerned about some of my sps and others that can be hurt by her. That's the case here.

Any suggestions beside removing my aquastructure , any help , I read blowin a ph for it to detach.
I truly wish I can detach it somehow but will not try again to remove my rock work, it was a total mess and i wasn't succesfull plus some of my other critters died because of d stress, I rather have one than manny.

put a powerhead in front of it and force water at it. it may not like the new flow and decide to move. nab it while it's on the go.

I like th ph idea but to risky maybe

I think you have to have a little patience when doing that, they don't just jump off. I've seen people talk about using ice cubes at the base also to irritate it a little. I think killing it would be a bigger danger to your tank than trying to get it out alive.

why exactly do you want it gone? it doesnt seem to be bothering anything where it is. I could see if it roamed around a lot, but since you are having difficulty removing it I am thinkin this is not the case. why not leave it where it is?

that tank is not really overcrowded beutifull if i was that condi i would be loving life leave him in there he is a luck nem

It has roamed and that's wat worries me, anyways I tried d ph for a while and made a mess of the setup LOL, I guess i will have to luck out and catch her when she moves again, now she seems to have setup camp in that corner, its ok there but elsewhere NOT>

Thanks! lol, ive been looking how to make this for awhile, time to head to the store and start blasting aipstatia.

just stick a spatula (spelling?) under it and slowly and gently pry it from the rock. put it in a bag and give it to someone.
