Well of coure the only tang ive ever bought is covered in ich now. gramma has it now too, I need to qt but I just dont have a way to qt all of my fish unless I fill my 100g which I do not want to do at all. Just got another 100g project tank 61"x18.5"x19" needs to be re-sealed. but what qt tank would you suggest for large fish.

Melanurus
swallowtail angel
gold spot rabbit
mimic
2x clowns
1 benggai
royal gramma.

Ill most likely be rehoming some of them after qt because the gold spot grows really fast and is gonna get huge.

You need to figure out what fish you are rehoming and go from there. How big is large? You may be able to get away with a 40 breeder or you may not.

When I had to catch all of my fish I used kiddie pools that were super cheap and only held about 20 gallons but had a 40-48" round size. This was fine since I was doing tank transfer. I then moved them to various holding tanks. 80 or so days later they all made it back in except one anthia.

Buddy of mine had to do something similar, and he used one of those 100 gallon Rubbermaid tubs.

+1 those are good except you can only view from straight down. If the rubbermaid route isn't what you want to do a 40g breeder and a 20g L would house all the fish

That sucks!
I've used 40b and 20l for both TTM and long term QT during a fallow period. Went through lots of salt, but the fish are fine.
