How To Ship Cheato with Critters?

I've read several posts about how to ship Cheato. Most agree, very little water, wrap in moist paper towel or newspaper, then double bag (or some variation of that).

So, what about Cheato that's loaded with bristle worms, copepods and amphipods? Will they survive with minimal water?

I ask because I've been trimming by throwing it in the trash. What a waste...

It will be fine
Remeber, those animals surviv being shipped with "live" rock when it is just moist.
