How would I know if clam is gettting enough phyto?

Since I've been seeing the use of phyto is rising, exaclty how would one know if their clams are getting enough to "eat?" I've just been going by the directions on the Kent Phytoplex which was X amount a couple times a week depending on load. Just a thought to ponder.

Hi Chris,

I haven't used that brand so I can tell you about that but I use DT's like the direction say. It is better to under feed than over feed as you don't what to clog their gills. IMO & IME Just keep your eye's on them and if they look good then continue the way you have been feeding.
