HUGE fire worm

So I found a fire worm living under my brain coral and then I watched it try and find a new hole, it was about 3 inches long well then as I was looking around my tank with a small flash light at night I spotted a fat large fire worm in a crevice near the bottom of my tank, its crawling out slowly at the moment. What is the best way to get rid of it? I fear it is too large for my 29 gallon biocube.

I seriously think its like 10 inches if not longer. I am fearing for my Randell goby's life. I tried to get it out with one of those tongs you flips steaks with.

Are you sure it's a fireworm? Red or purple/blue-ish? I had a Bobbitt worm that was so vile~ had to breakdown my tank to get it out.

There's a penny in the bucket for reference.

No I'm not sure, I assumed it was because I have another fire worm in there but the more I looked at it the more I could see its a bluish color with some pink. Tonight I'm thinking of getting some gloves and hemostats and trapping it to get it out.
