Huge parasite - vomiting Blenny

My 4 month old algae blenny has a huge parasite inside it. So big that his stomach is swollen and you can see tha parasite moving around. Its like something out of Alien. He is also vomiting regularly. I have tried to cath the blenny but without any success.
If the Blenny dies, which I am sure it will eventually, will the parasite threaten the health of the other fish.
Any advice or similar experiences will be gratefully received. Thanks

I would try getting it to eat some garlic or some food soaked in garlic, it acts as a good de-wormer if nothing else. Although the size of the worm may preclude any chance of passing it. I would also get it into a quarantine tank to isolate it for treatment if you are able to catch it.
