I Got My Camera!!!

It's ok. Not one I would personally look at getting. But not too bad. What were you thinking of having it for? Walk-around type lens for general (non-tank) shots?

ed, many software manufacturers offer student discounts for their softwre. Microsoft does, in some cases Adobe does, etc.

Alright. I'll look into that. thanks

VoidRaven- I mostly will use it for my tank. But also for outdoor nature shots. I would also like the get close pics of coral, I know I need a macro lens. What lens would you reccomend for this. And also it cannot be expensive. Around 150 and under is the range I'm looking for. thanks

Well, the 50mm f/1.8 isn't bad and the price is good. I would just be concerned with the 28-80 you are looking at for tank shots. For ourdoors it would be fine but I wonder what kind of tank shots you could get out of it.

The 28-105mm is a nice one that offers a 1:2 macro switch and is a good "all around" kind of lens but I am fairly certain it is out of the $150 range you mentioned.

I just would hate to see you waste money on a lens just because of price. Would rather hear that you waited and saved for a bit to get something that is better for the application you wanted it for.

Well I returned the Qray lens and my check will be here in SIX WEEKS!!!!!!!!!
Damn that store.lol
So which would be better? ^
thanks
