Are there any tangs which would do alright in my 60 gallon soon to be SPS tank? I know its kind of on the small side... It has a 40 gallon sump, and there is anywhere between 3000GPH and 6500GPH of flow in the tank depending on the time of day.

I'd really like a blue tang, but I know they will outgrow the tank. How long would you say it would be ok to keep a tiny one before it gets too big and I have to take it back to the LFS?

Would any others do better?

The tank is 36" long, 18" wide and 21" high. There is only 30lbs of LR in the display meaning its mostly open for swimming, and the rest is in the sump.

Thanks for any info!

A hippo tang would do fine. I had one in a 40 gallon for five years. (OMG, now for the screaming)
